About Unicamp:

Unicamp is a Unitarian Universalist camp that is committed to providing a safe and welcoming seasonal camp and spiritual retreat to our diverse community. Our programs and activities are designed to grow awareness and practice of our UU values in which our camp is rooted. These values include the understanding of the importance of each person, the quest for kindness in all we do, and the freedom to learn together and search for what is true. We affirm that all people need a voice, we work to build a fair and peaceful world, and we care for our sacred earth with awareness to the interconnectedness of all existence.

Located in Dufferin County, just north of Shelburne, Ontario, Unicamp is within the UNESCO Niagara Escarpment Biosphere Reserve. It include 50 beautiful, peaceful acres of meadows, coniferous and deciduous forests, marshes, streams, and two beaches on a 2.5-acre spring-fed pond that is safe for swimming. This is a magical place to relax, explore, and reconnect with self, community, and nature.

Unicamp's high quality UU values-based programs and activities are designed to enable this community to demonstrate a respect for our natural assets, for each other, and for the interdependent web of creation. Central to this programming is Unicamp's mandate to organize, operate, and maintain camps with related services for children; we also provide and maintain facilities for programs, seminars, leadership conferences, and workshops for a variety of ages.

New this year, we will be prioritize booking Cottages and most Dorms for Exclusive Use during our first period of Registration in order to allow bigger groups such as families first opportunities to book a space together.
